- Are there per-user fees?
- No. Pricing is flat — one monthly rate covers unlimited learners and identity provider connections. There are no per-user, per-connection, or per-login costs.
- Is support included?
- Yes. Email support, documentation access, and setup assistance are all included in your subscription. There are no extra charges for support or SLAs — everything in one price.
- What are the commitment terms?
- We bill month to month with a minimum commitment of 3 months. After the initial term, you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
- Do I need Thinkific Plus?
